Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will hold on 20/11/2017 to 27/11/2017, an open competitive computer based examination for recruitment to the posts of Scientific Assistant Group 'B' Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial for Meteorological Department, Government of India.
Recruitment For Scientific Assistant Vacancies :
Scientific Assistant : 1102 Vacancies, Age 30 years as on 04/08/2017, Relaxations in age as per rules, Pay Scale : Level 6 of 7th Central Pay Scale Pay Matrix (earlier - Rs. 9300-34800) Grade Pay Rs.4200), Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Science (with Physics as one of the subject)/ Computer Science/Information Technology/ Computer Applications OR Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from a recognized Institution/University or equivalent. The qualifying Degree or diploma should be in First Class (60% marks) or 6.75 CGPA on a 10 point scale.
Fee:
Rs. 100/- to be paid online. No fee for SC/ST/PH/Women and Ex-Serviceman.
