Ministry of Urban Development, Government Of India has launched Individual Household Latrine scheme for construction Toilet /Latrine Indian citizens can fill IHHL Application form 2017 with all important details online for IHHL scheme. Individual Households/Citizens of Urban Local Bodies (ULB) facilitated on the portal. Individuals can sign up on the portal and apply online for Construction/Conversion of Individual Household Toilets. This Individual Household Latrine is launched by center central government under the swaksh bhart mission in India
Applicants are required to fill form online for latrine construction (Sauchalay Nirman ) from your home./  After that adhinasth adhikari of local bodies will verify your application and fund for toilet construction will be transferred in your bank account . Under the IHHL yojana 25% expenditure will be paid by contenders and 75% fund will be provided by central government and state government.

Incentive Amount:
•Incentive amount provided under SBM(G) to BPL / Identified APLs households shall be upto Rs. 12,000 for construction of one unit of IHHL.
•This amount is fully provided under SBM Swaksh bhart mission (G) with Central share of Rs. 9,000/- and State share of Rs. 3,000/- without beneficiary contribution.
•All houses constructed with the Central or / and State assistance should invariably have suitable sanitation facility as an integral part.  
•BDO (VP) will allocate the Individual Household Latrines (IHHL) to the Village Panchayat concerned.
•The Overseers have to undertake field visits every Friday for marking / valuation of sanctioned / completed IHHLs respectively.
