Candidates age should be between 18 years to 45 years.Candidates should be passed 12th class from any recognized board or Institution and diploma in Nursing G.N.M and should be registered with Madhya pradesh Nursing Medical Council.

1. General & OBC Candidates need to pay Rs. 500/- As Application Form Fee.
2. SC / ST Candidates need to pay Rs. 250/- As Application form fee.
