Criteria For HIL Recruitment :
Educational Qualification :
For Marketing Officer : B.Sc.(Agriculture) or Science Graduate with two years working experience in the field of Agrochemicals/Seeds/Fertilizers in reputed Company.
For Finance Manager : Chartered or Cost Accountant with 05 years post qualification experience.
For Assistant Marketing Manager : B.Sc. (Agriculture) or Science Graduate with five years working experience.
Age Limit : Maximum age limit is 32 years for Marketing Officer & 40 years for Finance Manager & Assistant Marketing Manager as on 30.06.2017
Job Location : All India
Selection Process : Selection will be through interview.
Application Fee : Candidates belonging to General /OBC have to pay Rs. 500/- through Demand Draft in favour of “Hindustan Insecticides Limited” payable at New Delhi. SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from payment of Application Fees.
