Candidates who had applied for posts at Sl. No. 1, 2, 4, 5 & 6 against Advt. No. NITMGH/ REC/NF/2016/3497 dated 29.03.2016 and Advt. No. NITMGH/REC/N-F/2016/4623 dated 08.08.2016 need not apply again. They are requested to send updated bio-data/ Curriculum Vitae only.
For all the posts, where age limit is prescribed, the date for calculating the same will be the last date of receipt of the applications as declared in the advertisement/ Institute Website.
Mere fulfillment of minimum qualification and experience do not entitle a candidate to be called for the examination / interview.
Candidates must have the requisite educational qualifications and experience on the last date of receipt of the applications as declared in the advertisement / Institute Website. Those who applied for these posts last year whose educational qualifications and experience have changed since then are advised to send an updated bio-data/ CV for updating their details.
No correspondence whatsoever will be entertained from candidates regarding postal delay, conduct and result of interview and reasons for not being called for the interview.
Persons in employment should submit their applications through proper channel with a forwarding note of the employer. However, a photocopy of the duly filled in application form along with the Bank Draft in original may be sent as “Advance Copy” in order to avoid delay in receipt.
Applicants for the post of Assistant Registrar must enclose details of all their qualifications and relevant experience along with self attested copies of all mark sheets, certificates, etc.
Applicants for other positions are NOT to enclose copies of mark sheets, certificates, etc. along with the application form. Applicants are advised to fill up the form completely and clearly.
