Eligibility Criteria for Recruitment :
Educational Qualification :
For Field Worker : 12th pass in science subjects and two years diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or one year DMLT with one year experience.
For Lady Health Visitor : High School or equivalent with science subjects plus certificate course in ANM with five years’ experience from a recognized institute / board.
Age Limits : Maximum age limit is 28 years
Job Location : Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh)
Selection Process : Selection will be based on Written Test/ Interview.
Application Fee : There is no application fee.
How to Apply the Method: Interested candidates may appear for Walk-in-Written Test along with prescribed application form with Self-attested photocopies of proof of date of birth (class 10th certificate/ school leaving certificate), eligibility qualification mark-sheets, degrees, experience certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), qualifying degree registration with statutory council (if applicable) and other relevant testimonials at the time of Walk-in-Written Test.
