Applications are invited from male Indian citizens for the following 249 posts in BSF Water Wing Staff Group B&C Combatised posts :
Post Details:
1. Sub-Inspector (SI) (Master) : 13 posts (UR-9, OBC-3, SC-1),
Pay Scale : Rs.9300-34800 Grade Pay Rs.4200,
Age : Candidates age should be between 20 years to 28 years,
Qualification : Candidates should be passed Bachelors Degree and 2nd Class Master Certificate
2. Sub-Inspector (SI) (Engine Driver) : 13 posts (UR-9, OBC-3, SC-1),
Pay Scale : Rs.9300-34800 Grade Pay Rs.4200,
Age : Candidates age should be between 20-25 years,
Qualification : Candidates should be passed Bachelors Degree and 1st Class Engine Driver Certificate
3. Head Constable (HC) (Master) : 64 posts (UR-25, OBC-25, SC-7, ST-7),
Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs.5200-20200/- Grade Pay Rs.2400,
Age : Candidates age should be between 20 to 25 years,
Qualification : Candidates should be passed Matriculation (ii) Serang Certificate
4. Head Constable (HC) (Engine Driver) : 64 posts (UR-29, OBC-15, SC-8, ST-4),
Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs.5200-20200 Grade Pay Rs.2400,
Age : Candidates age should be between 20-25 years,
Qualification : Candidates should be passed Matriculation (ii) Possessing IInd Class Engine Driver Certificate
5. Head Constable (HC) (Workshop) : 11 posts in various trades,
Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs.5200-20200 Grade Pay Rs.2400,
Age : Candidates age should be between 20-25 years,
Qualification : Candidates should be passed Matriculation (ii) ITI Diploma in Motor Mechanic (Diesel Engine/ Machinist/ Welder/ Machine shop/ Carpentry/ Electrician/ Fitter/ Air Conditioner Technician/ Electronics/ Plumbing/ Upholstering/ Painting
6. Constable (CT) (Crew) : 80 posts (UR-35, OBC-24, SC-9, ST-12),
Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs.5200-20200/- Grade Pay Rs.2000,
Age : Candidates age should be between 20 to 25 years,
Qualification : Candidates should be passed Matriculation (ii) One year experience in operating of Boat below 265 HP as a Sukhani or Greaser (iii) Should know Swimming and posses a certificate in this regard.
Application Form Fee : Application should be accompanied by a Crossed Bank Draft / Indian Postal Order for Rs. 50/- only for Gen/OBC candidates as the examination fee in favour of The Inspector General or DIG/Comdt to whom the application is addressed payable at respective SBI/ post office.
