Eligibility Criteria for JIPMER Recruitment :
Educational Qualification :
For Tutor : MBBS from a MCI recognized Institute or M.Sc. in concerned subject and must have compulsory rotatory internship and must produce Internship completion certificate for MBBS Candidates.
For Professor : A Medical qualification included in the I or II Schedule or Part II of the third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in part II or third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in Section13 (3) of the Act.) and A Postgraduate qualification in relevant discipline.
Age Limit : Maximum age limit is 35 years for Tutor & 70 years for Professor as on 05.06.2017
Age Relaxation : OBC Category 3 years & SC/ST Category 5 years
Job Location : Puducherry
Selection Process : Selection will be based on Written Test & Interview.
Application Fee : Candidates belonging to General/OBC have to pay Rs. 500/- & Rs. 250/- (for SC/ST candidates) through Demand Draft drawn in favor of the Director, JIPMER, Puducherry payable at State Bank of India, JIPMER Branch (02238), Puducherry-605006.
